The International Office (IO) Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) conducted another session of its Friday Outbound Clinic on Friday, 27 February 2026. The event took place at the IO Meeting Room and was also accessible online via Zoom, allowing broader participation from students interested in international academic opportunities.

The session carried the theme “Your Global Academic Journey Starts Here: Mobility Pathways and International Office Support.” The program aimed to introduce students to various pathways for studying abroad and to highlight the support services provided by the IO for outbound mobility programs. The event featured Kumara Tungga Dewa, S.S., an IO staff member responsible for the mobility program, as the main speaker. In his presentation, he explained different types of academic mobility opportunities available to UNHAS students, including student exchange programs, international internships, joint academic initiatives, and scholarship pathways. He also provided practical guidance on how students can prepare for these opportunities and how the IO facilitates the application process.
The session was hosted by Khaeruddin, Ph.D., who guided the discussion and encouraged participants to explore global academic experiences as part of their educational journey. The interactive format allowed participants to ask questions and gain practical insights on preparing for international mobility programs. Through initiatives such as the Friday Outbound Clinic, the IO UNHAS continues to support students in expanding their academic horizons and accessing international learning opportunities. The program also serves as a platform for sharing information, experiences, and practical advice for students who aspire to pursue global academic engagement. The Friday Outbound Clinic is part of the IO’s regular outreach activities aimed at strengthening internationalization at UNHAS and preparing students to participate actively in global academic networks.
